Title: Learning & Talent Systems Administrator

Location: Meredith, NH

Position Details: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

FLSA: Exempt; Non-Management Professional

Salary: Negotiable based on level of experience between $65,000 - $85,000 annually


In this new role, you will perform system administration, support, and train users to utilize our best-in-class Learning and Talent Management systems.  You will configure and administer our HR services ticketing system and manage the HR team’s SharePoint pages.  You will work collaboratively to troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve the functionality and user experience for these systems.  

 

Our ideal candidate will possess drive, a continuous improvement mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, technical aptitude, and solid problem-solving skills.  This role requires solid HTML/CSS programming experience and the ability to maximize system capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the learning and talent management systems including functionality, settings, modules, dashboard customizations, user administration, notifications, API integrations, data integrity.
  • Manage the HR services ticketing system configuration, ticket monitoring and assignment, and data analytics.  
  • Import, organize and maintain courses, materials, learning plans and catalogs. 
  • Configure current and future Talent Management System modules including talent assessment, career pathing and performance management.
  • Create and maintain information resources and training materials (e.g. videos, learning aids, newsletters, etc.). Train users on system features and functionality. 
  • Track, analyze and report on relevant metrics.
  • Troubleshoot, test and resolve system related issues.

 

 

Requirements:

  • BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated system administration experience, learning management system experience is strongly preferred
  • Advanced HTML and CSS programming skills
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving problems and technical issues
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Superior customer service skills

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with Docebo and/or TalentGuard
  • Knowledge of e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC) and learning technologies
