Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a small litigation firm in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in commercial litigation matters. This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of cases in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and filing legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Conduct legal research and organize case files.
- Manage document production and assist in deposition and trial preparation.
- Handle e-filing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in PA and NJ.
- Proficient in e-filing and legal research tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
