Responsibilities






  • Proactively supports the delivery and implementation of HR processes in collaboration with the Management and HR teams
  • Supports the internal talent acquisition process
  • Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviews
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems
  • Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed








Qualifications






  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of HR business partner and/or HR generalist experience
  • Previous Labor Relations experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required. 
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent and performance management; organizational design and change management; total rewards; employee relations and diversity, equity and inclusion 

Preferred

  • Certification such as PHR or SPHR
  • Prior Experience with Labor Relations
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the Company
  • Previous experience in a sales and distribution company
