Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role

• Manage a caseload of multi-track medical negligence claims, including life-altering injury cases.
• Engage in business development and marketing, with an emphasis on building relationships with charities.
• Mentor junior fee earners and collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team.
• Law Society Medical Negligence Panel and/or AvMA membership is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ PQE in claimant medical negligence law.
• Proven expertise in case management, client communication, and legal drafting.
• A proactive approach to business development.
