Description

The School Mental Health Therapist I position is integrated into a school environment and partners with the Providence clinical team and school personnel to impact the overall health and wellness of the school population. The Mental Health Therapist I- School  provides clinical services including but not limited to mental health/substance use assessments, treatment planning, individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention, risk assessment, education, and case management. The clinician also provides education, support, and consultation services to the academic team.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Variable Shift, Hours Per Week

Required qualifications:



  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or health related field


Preferred qualifications:



  • 2 years of Clinical experience
