Manager Qualifications- NON Negotiables
• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager at least 2 years
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competent trainer and motivator
• MindBody Software experience a plus
• Cosmetology license / hair stylist experience a plus

Responsibilities






Core Responsiblities as an effective Manager include:

  • Being an effective Leader and communicator is #1
  • Excellent customer service is a non negotiable, so being able to exude this on a daily basis and motivate the staff to uphold the level of customer service is key
  • Optimizing the schedule to refelct the needs of the business
  • Positive Role Model that is able to lead by example
  • Growing Memberships/Growing net new clients
  • Membership Attainment
  • Managing inventory 
  • Communicating with Clients effectively and building relationships
  • Pro actively mitigating risk for the business and reducing profit leaks
  • Engaging with the staff to continue to cultivate the great culture that has been established
  • Communicating and working well with the Shop Educator, Shift Leads and most importanly with the Owners
  • Proficient in technology and the ability to use Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Mail, ICIMs/Indeed  for recruiting
