We're delighted to be working with our client, an award-winning Scottish law firm with offices throughout Scotland, to recruit an experienced PA/Administration Assistant to join their Commercial Real Estate (CRE) department in Glasgow.
This pivotal role supports the legal team in delivering high-quality client service and ensuring smooth operational processes.Provide legal administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team
Manage file creation, closure, and associated documentation
Conduct conflict and anti-money laundering checks
Audio typing
Manage inbound/outbound correspondence, including emails, letters, and calls
Assist with the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties
Track department fees, issue and chase invoices, and manage client payments
Complete LBTT returns
Manage client debit/credit records
Support general administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the CRE team
Knowledge of conveyancing or commercial property procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Previous experience as a secretary or PA, ideally in a law firm
Familiarity with CRE or residential conveyancing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
A professional, positive, and proactive attitude
Flexibility and a willingness to learn new tasks
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
