Job Overview
The Paralegal Contracts Administrator position reviews and revises legal research and compiles data from legal sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, and legal codes. Prepares drafts of contracts involving licenses, purchases, insurance, employment, and related matters. Provides support to attorneys. Point of contact between AltaMed leadership and internal departments and outside legal counsel. Assists in preparing legal documents. Manages legal records.
Minimum Requirements
1. Associate’s Degree or legal certificate required.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Completion of an ABA-Approved Paralegal program required; Paralegal license or certificate required.
4. Minimum of 4 years of corporate in-house or law firm experience including contract administration and/or case assessment experience required.
5. Corporate legal secretarial/civil litigation and/or collection experience a plus.
Compensation
$64,688.00 - $80,849.60 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
