As ArborWorks LLC continues to expand, we are seeking a talented Payroll Specialist to support our growing workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our 1000+ employees, both union and non-union. Responsibilities:

  • Gather and review information on hours worked for approximately 1000 (+/-) employees.
  • Calculate payroll, including overtime, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments for both union and non-union employees, with the assistance of payroll systems.
  • Enter payroll data into administrative databases and software programs.
  • Prepare and execute pay orders through electronic systems or distribute physical paychecks as needed.
  • Administer and distribute payment statements to employees, either electronically or in paper form.
  • Keep accurate records of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefits, new hire information, and other payroll-related data.
  • Address payroll-related questions and issues from employees and management.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with upper management to receive approvals for payments when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working with computers and payroll software, including ADP, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel for payroll data management and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential payroll information.
  • Ability to work with both union and non-union payroll structures.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish-speaking) is preffered.
