About the team
You’ll join the SuiteAnalytics team, whose mission is to enable our customers to understand their customers through data.
We are building a completely new business intelligence architecture and we need to ensure that it returns correct data quickly and in every moment. We’ll enable our users to make data driven business decisions more effectively than ever!
Together, we’ll challenge the status quo and come up with bright ideas to make this happen, while utilising advanced business intelligence techniques such as big data and machine learning.
About you

- You can sketch concepts and you can use some design tools. Our go-to tool is Figma. If you are proficient in any other, its no problem, you will have time to master it!
- You like to solve complex problems, requiring numerous iterations and shoulder to shoulder work with PM, UX designers and researchers.

Your qualifications & skills
Proven experience with working in the field of UX Design; experience with designing for business software is a plus.
- Online portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving ability using Design Thinking methodologies: problem analysis, personas, scenarios and user journeys, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, task-flows or other relevant design artifacts.
- A positive and resilient personality. You must have a desire for continuous improvement.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a different bunch of stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams.
- Previous experience working with analytics, data visualization, and dashboards is highly appreciated.

ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the User Experience team, you will develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. May develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation and task and objective analyses. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development.
