Are you looking to use your expert Program Finance skills in an industry that supports and protects explorers and heroes? We could use your expertise on our team! As a Program Finance Systems Analyst II, you will be responsible for front-end administration and maintenance of Integrated Program Management business software. Targeted responsibilities include delivering quality Integrated Program Management solutions to customers by understanding end-user needs, user/role-based security, product configuration, testing, and deployment. This position will work closely with application team members and users to provide support for integrated business collaboration solutions. You will also support the Program Finance leaders in fulfilling their responsibilities to ongoing cross-department continuous improvement, problem-solving, project implementation, training, and governance efforts.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Must Haves:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field and typically 3+ years of related work experience.

  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

  • Experience in Deltek Cobra and/or other similar Integrated Program Management software solutions

  • Practical facilitation skills that address complex IT and Business stakeholder concerns, specifically around tool maintenance and continuous improvement activities

Preferred:

  • Ability to resolve advanced Cobra troubleshooting and administration requests

  • Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks to fulfill requested changes, enhancements and updates to existing processes and tools

  • Competency documenting technical requirements & functional use of enterprise business application (Deltek Cobra)

  • Continuous engagement to understand current and future tool capabilities relative to business needs

  • Ability to develop and conduct relevant stakeholder learning sessions.

  • Foundational understanding of Program Management processes

  • Familiarity with DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures

  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

  • Knowledge of program finance processes, procedures, and tools

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
