About your new employer:

About the role:

• Working with the Principal who has over 15 years’ experience, and previously worked as a counsel for Australia’s largest property development and construction companies.
• Advising clients ranging from landlords, owners, tenants, investor and property developers.
• Work on a broad range of leasing, real estate and property development matters, such as acquisitions, due diligence and leasing.

The ideal candidate:

• Expertise: Have 2+ years’ experience in Property Law.
• Qualification: A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university with solid academic results.
• Skills: Excellent communication & legal writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to cohesively work within a team.
