About the role

We are looking for a Property Manager to join the Gladstone Real Estate team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Joining a diverse and committed team of Property Managers, Sales Agents and Commercial Agents, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of properties, within the Gladstone region. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career. 

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager you will provide customer centric services to achieve earnings targets by: 

  • Identifying new property management opportunities with new and existing clients’

  • Scheduling and conducting routine inspections and liaising with maintenance providers as required

  • Preparing necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants 

  • Promoting Elders in the community by attending field days, client nights, community events etc.   

  • Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities 

  • Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events 

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will be an experienced as a Property Manager with:  

  • Current driver’s licence and a property management licence 

  • Comprehensive understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation 

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal

  • Negotiation and client relationship skills 

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems
