In this exciting opportunity, you will work within our Process Serving team who provides service of Legal Documents Australia Wide. You will work closely with the field agents to arrange service of the documents and ensure adherence to client and legal requirements.
Collaborating closely with your circle leader, you'll strive to meet quality assurance targets and achieve performance goals, with ample opportunities for growth within this role through team meetings, one-on-one coaching and skill development sessions.
Previous legal secretarial/administration experience is highly favourable. Proficiency with computers is a must. If you enjoy administrative challenges, and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from seasoned field professionals to legal experts, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities
Reviewing final file notes to ensure a high level quality of service provided to the client throughout and providing feedback to peers on any errors made
Checking affidavits of service and affidavits of attempt executed by process servers, ensuring compliance with legislation and client requirements
Drafting detailed affidavits in relation to investigations undertaken by enquiry agents
Drafting detailed affidavits in support of substituted service applications
Running a daily report on the file management system following up field agents pending matters
Communicating with field agents, clients and other internal and external stakeholders
Uploading new Process Serving matters into the system, drafting affidavit templates and issuing to field agents
Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction on all files
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from field agents and clients
Data entry is performed with high accuracy
Adhere to clients service level agreements and turnaround times
Attend and actively participate in all team meetings, scheduled one on ones and coaching sessions
Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace.
Complete all necessary training requirements and professional development opportunities.
