Position Summary






This role is responsible for performing inspection tasks related to in-process, Final and/or Receiving Inspection areas.









Essential Responsibilities






  • Perform Inspection on all products within a timely manner
  • Determine product conformance or non-conformance to drawings
  • Use SAP to transact product to inventory or to MRB
  • Write non-conformances for product that is not acceptable to requirements
  • Detailed review of product against requirements
  • Document results in Excel and SAP

Position Requirements






  • High School Diploma or GED required, with 3 years of technical industry experience in a manufacturing environment
  • This position requires US Citizenship due to the visibility of NO FORN projects
  • Working knowledge of use of measuring equipment – calipers, micrometer optical measurement equipment
  • Blueprint reading with GD&T, test specifications
  • SAP or equivalent ERP system knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook
  • Able to speak, read, and understand English; clear verbal communication

Preferred:

  • Experience in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) use and other inspection related documentation as required
  • Must be able to interpret data from CMM
  • Military, industry automotive or aerospace standards experience. Spacecraft component and sub-systems experience.
  • Work experience in an organization with AS9100 or ISO 9001 certified

Equal Pay Act Range






Hourly rate range is from $21.78 to $32.55, plus benefits.
