Job Description:

Ryan Companies US, Inc., an industry leader in commercial real estate, has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate Coordinator to join our team in our Phoenix, Arizona office!

This individual will work closely with and administratively support various real estate management teams nationally. This will be an in office, full-time, Monday - Friday role.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Communicate and work with external customers, subcontractors and tenants.

  • Coordinate tenant service requests.

  • Process property invoices on a regular basis for manager approval; preparation includes checking math, inserting vendor and account code information, copying and filing.

  • Process monthly rent statements and submit to tenants as required.

  • Assist with planning tenant appreciation events.

  • Track parking ramp, utility and supply usage amounts on a weekly/monthly basis.

  • Maintain and update Certificates of Insurance for service vendors and tenants.

  • Track and help manage delinquent rent statements in cooperation with team member(s) monthly.

  • General administrative duties as required by team/department.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of strong administrative experience, with an interest in real estate management

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Basic accounting/financial knowledge

  • Intermediate to advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel

You will really stand out if you have:

  • Working knowledge of JDE,MRI, Nexus, Concur, Corrigo, MS Teams

  • Experience in real estate management

Compensation:

The base pay is $20.81 - $26.00 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
