Job Title: Real Estate Insights, Data Analyst and Report Developer
Location: Corporate Office (Red Roof)

Job Summary: The Real Estate Insights Data Analyst and Report Developer enhances and maintains reports for the department including analyzing data to maintain the integrity of Real Estate information enabling teams the ability to create actionable insights. Enhance the primary software and reporting tools, conduct ad-hoc analysis and support the tools across multiple departments involved in the Real Estate Lifecycle.
Principal Duties:
- Serve as a Tango data resource; identifying in data gaps to maintain system information including maintenance of attributes as required.
- Serve as a central point of contact for all Tango related processes specifically around data management and system utilization for both internal and external partners.
- Coordinate with team members and subject matter experts through governance, support & troubleshooting, change mgmt., and documentation to enable and enhance business processes and improve efficiency across Tango users and related processes.
- Create and enhance standard reports having knowledge of database structures, SQL, and reporting tools such as Oracle Visualizer, Microsoft Access, and Excel.
- Monitor the effectiveness of reporting products and work with stakeholders to document report requirements, design, develop and operationalize new reports as needed.
- Assist with template management and requests for varying data sets in the Tango system for all project types and departments.
- Partner with the business and end users to improve the quality of core data assets needed to enrich daily operations and support strategic programs.
- Assist with implementation of system enhancements including design, testing, training, roll-out, etc.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data and reporting strategy; road mapping, developing data quality roadmaps and procedures to facilitate data lifecycle management and stewardship best practices. Create and maintain all artifacts surrounding process and data.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or pursuing Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, data & analytics, finance, or real estate preferred.
- Experience with Report development through Visualization tools such as Oracle Visualizer (preferred), Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.
- Knowledge of database structures, SQL, and report development in various tools.
- Experience with packaged software solutions (Tango Analytics preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 2-4 years analyst/report developer related experience in a complex business environment.
