SUMMARY
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, and hiring. The Recruiter will build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. The Recruiter may also support with various HR administrative tasks as needed.
IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
- Maintain job descriptions for accuracy
- Source and recruit top talent using various methods such as recruiting events, job boards, social media, and networking events
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and expectations
- Manage applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is up-to-date
- Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Implement effective strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent
- Manage recruitment of co-ops and interns
- Build and maintain relationships with local colleges
- Assist HR Manager with various HR administrative tasks as needed
- Any additional duties assigned by management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and/or experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be:
- Associates degree in business administration or related
- 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, ADP a plus
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Previous exposure to HR administrative or coordinator duties is a plus
