Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health unlocks and nurtures human potential for people living with emotional, behavioral or cognitive differences. Based in King of Prussia and Villanova, Pa. (remote position with familiarity with northeast regional recruitment resources), this position is responsible for building awareness of Devereux’s Corporate opportunities – as well as its programs and services.

 

Our ideal teammate is a team collaborator, with experience recruiting talent in a highly competitive market attracting candidates, using various sources, including hiring events, social media networks and employee referrals, and working with passive as well as international candidates in a fast-paced environment; managing and prioritizing multiple searches, creating pipelines for openings for centers and departments where there are plans for program expansion, and finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet our organization’s workforce needs and goals; results driven and tech savvy who understands social media and strategies for best practices, and can successfully juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

 









Qualifications






 

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in behavioral health, healthcare or an educational setting; with knowledge of recruiting workflow processes and metrics;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field, or equivalent years of recruitment experience;
  • Physically located in northeast US preferred (or knowledgeable of area).
  • Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines autonomously; Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization with sound decision making and problem solving skills;
  • A Servant Leader, putting people first, conceptual, creative and strategic thinker;
  • Experience working with education and ABA/APA related positions is preferred but not required;
  • Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications with familiarity with Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems; Proficient social media skills for business – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.;
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law;
  • Willingness to provide other administrative support to complete applicant processes.
