SUMMARY: Assists leaders with overall coordination of the company’s recruiting activities; effectively manages the recruiting process to find qualified candidates to meet the needs of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews resumes, screens candidates, and manages the submission and tracking of resumes in the company’s database.
Coordinates candidate interview with hiring managers; greets and escorts candidates from office lobby.
Coordinates and reviews candidate background and reference checks.
Administers placing and tracking Internet and newspaper advertising and candidate responses; scheduling interviews; and coordinating with attorneys, government agencies, and employees to ensure all necessary paperwork is filed.
Coordinates the employee referral program including but not limited to logging and tracking all employee referrals to ensure that internally generated candidates are contacted expeditiously, tracking new hires originating via employee referrals, and ensuring that employees are paid referral bonuses in a timely manner.
Manages EOE activities including but not limited to tracking all external hiring and internal transfers/promotions to ensure complete, auditable information that is in compliance with government regulations is on file.
Coordinates production of new hire packets; orders and stocks required supplies and paperwork; distributes packages.
Reviews and distributes unsolicited resumes to the appropriate department managers.
Prepares and reviews contracts, proposals, and offer letters.
Plans and coordinates both internal and external job fairs; coordinates all logistics and the resources needed to staff the job fairs.
