Create Music Group is currently looking for a Recruiter to join our HR Department. This role reports to the HR Manager and is primarily responsible for talent acquisition and new hire onboarding. You must be flexible with a can-do attitude, able to manage expectations while working in a fast paced environment. Tapping into critical thinking skills will be necessary for producing creative solutions to satisfy HR best practices and hiring timelines. You must have a demonstrated track record of building strong work relationships with candidates, internal departments, and team leaders. 

This is a full-time position located in our Hollywood office. Competitive benefits and pay will be offered.

YouTube monetization provides an alternative consulting and revenue-generating resource for our clients to grow their audience and earnings. We have helped our clients monetize and collected millions in previously unclaimed revenue for artists and labels.

REQUIREMENTS:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Recruiting, Psychology, or other related fields
  • 5+ years Recruiting Experience *
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP, BambooHR, Indeed, Taleo,  etc.)
  • Experience leveraging Social Media platforms to heavily source candidates
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Organizing large amounts of data efficiently 
  • Proficiency with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Posting and managing Job Ads 
  • Managing candidates and application statuses in HRIS/ATS and Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Drafting standard interview questions for tiered interview processes
  • Conducting pre screening/background screening
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Managing and administrating new hire onboarding, from employment agreements to i-9 documentation
  • Guiding new hires through the onboarding process as needed
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers and Departments
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Pulling metrics and reports
  • Providing feedback to help drive effective interviewing, hiring, and retention

You are required to bring your own laptop for this position.
