We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Creating and executing plans to increase sales of LG Builder and Signature Kitchen Suite product lines within assigned territory of Quebec. 

  • Achievement of other key KPI’s such as profitability.

  • Developing strong, trusting relationships with retail head office, store, designer, and builder contacts.

  • Becoming an expert on product, market space, and process.

  • Providing expert-level product training to store sales associates.

  • Providing high-level of support to accounts within territory.


 


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant discipline.

  • Experience within Home Appliances sales space.

  • Experience and relationships within Builder Home Appliances and/or Luxury Appliances space a big asset.

  • Experience selling products with long-sales-cycles.

  • Strong presentation/training/teaching skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt with growing businesses and teams.

  • Excellent time management skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Analytical, curious, and persistent.

  • Self-starter with drive to win.
