Position: Restaurant Manager

Our menu showcases traditional dishes, fresh ingredients, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that transports our guests to the heart of Mexico. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a Mexican or Latin cuisine establishment.
  • Strong understanding of Mexican Oaxacan cuisine and culture.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
