Arancino Ristorante Italiano is looking for a restaurant manager to join our management team!


Arancino is an award-winning Italian locally owned restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine since 1996. We use imported cheeses, meats, and pasta from Italy along with fresh local products, which provides our valued guests with a unique and authentic dining experience only in Hawaii!


We currently operate three restaurants in Honolulu. Two are located in Waikiki, and the third is located in the beautiful Kahala Hotel & Resort. All of our restaurants feature our distinctive blend of style and taste which has been key to our continued success and customer loyalty.



Job Summary:


Restaurant Managers with experience (preferably 2 years) in a high volume concept, and a passion for providing the best guest service.


Job Description:


Provide leadership, motivation, and accountability to achieving Company goals on a daily basis. They must keep guest focus at the forefront of our business and turn any opportunities into a success. Coaching and developing our people to unlock their potential and help them achieve goals is a must. Our managers must also hold our staff accountable for providing the highest standards of service, food quality, and atmosphere for our guests.


Job Requirements:


• Previous management experience is necessary, casual-Upscale dining experience is preferred

• Capable of upholding service, ambiance and produce expectations to company standards

• Ability to identify opportunities with guests and see it through resolution

• Work with peers and superiors through conflict resolution

• Identify opportunities or complications and resolve them before they become issues for guests and employees on a shift by shift basis

• A working understanding of controllable costs and to impact them

• Able to communicate clearly written and verbally with hourly team members, management team and supervisors

• Utilize and implement multiple concepts of sales building

• Holds self and team accountable to Company standards

• Identify opportunities in our operation and propose solutions

• Capable of positively impacting their work environment for both guests and employees 

• Leads by example, holding oneself to company standards and coach opportunities to seek conflict resolution 

• Identify and rectify situations in which company expectations are not met on a daily basis

• Coach,train and retain employees both in your area of responsibility and the restaurant
