Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate at Evolution Wireless, you will be a key player in connecting customers with the latest in wireless technology. You will serve as a brand ambassador, creating excitement and enthusiasm for our products and services. In this role, you will engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a valuable opportunity to build your career, with potential advancement to a Mobile Expert position within our company following successful completion of our comprehensive training program.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions, including devices, service plans, accessories, and IoT products.

  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales by effectively balancing customer satisfaction with performance goals. Demonstrate the latest technology through hands-on experiences and digital tools.

  • Service Delivery: Provide a seamless customer experience across all channels, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store. Approach every interaction with integrity, composure, and compassion.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on wireless innovations and technology. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and T-Mobile partners to resolve customer issues, identify small business leads, and support store initiatives.

  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Evolution Wireless, embodying our values and commitment to revolutionizing the wireless industry.


Qualifications:



  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.

  • A competitive drive to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Strong collaborative skills with a willingness to share ideas and work as part of a team.

  • Ability to balance customer needs with performance targets.

  • Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales in a retail setting.
