Overview

The WORLDPAC Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment efforts with various roles across the company while creating best-in-class experience for the candidates and business partners. Participate in educational webinars and events to contribute thought leadership by sharing knowledge and best practices in a collaborative and supportive environment.  

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through negotiation and onboarding. Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for a positive and consistent experience for all. 
  • Post requisitions and create content to share open roles via social media platforms. 
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage talent through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals. 
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experiences. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and quarterly goals. 
  • Provide strategic guidance on market dynamics and trends, talent availability and workforce planning. 
  • Flexibility to assist cross-functional HR roles to meet company objectives 
  • Possess the ability to think strategically and critically, highly organized and can interpret data to provide valuable insights  

Qualifications

Minimum 3 yrs. Full life cycle recruitment 

Minimum 2 yrs. experience Microsoft Office Suite 

Fluent in English both written and verbal (Spanish / French a plus) 

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other search boards 

Workday and iCIMS experience a plus 

Pay Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
