To provide excellent levels of customer service whilst focusing on achieving individual sales targets and store KPIs and work as part of the team to ensure day to day store operations run smoothly .
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide highest level of customer service to all customers whilst focusing on achieving individual sales targets and store KPIs
• Greet customers, handle enquiries and promote offers/sales/promotions and new product lines in order to drive sales
• Help customers make selections / purchase decisions by building rapport and offering suggestions and opinions
• Keep a watchful eye on security issues in the store and lookout for shoplifters and any fraudulent purchasing activity e.g. stolen credit cards to minimize shrinkage
• Work with the Store manager and store team to identify opportunities to increase footfalls, improve conversion rates, increase sales of full price merchandise and improve the customer shopping experience
• Provide feedback from customers to the Store in Charge to improve the customer experience
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in store operations and / or and reduce costs and make recommendations to the Store in Charge
• Operate the cash tills, total purchases and process payments by cash, cheque or credit card
• Attach price tags to all merchandise on the shop floor ensuring the correct price / barcode for each item taking account of special promotions
• Ensure that all product ranges / items in the store are well stocked and are easy to reach for customers
• Receive deliveries of stock and cross check the delivery items against the Good Transfer Note and report any discrepancies to the Store in Charge
• Support the store team in stock control and management and report any discrepancies / problems to the Store in Charge
• Assist the Brand Managers and Visual Merchandisers in the implementation of visual merchandising plans
• Make sure work areas and aisles are clean and shelves are dusted properly
• Adhere to Liwa stores operating policies and procedures at all times and highlight any issues of noncompliance to the Store in Charge
• Ensure housekeeping and cleaning standards are adhered to at all times
• From time to time perform other activities as directed by the Line manager.
• Security tags/stickers to be there on the merchandise as per the brand guidelines
• Regular replenishment of the merchandise to be done as per the process defined
• Be Actively involved into Brand/Ops training to update own self.
• Support the store in organizing and maintaining the BOH.
• Actively participate in the daily replenishment/ recovery processes assigned by the Line Manager.
• Execute the marketing strategies in the store.
• Support the Brand/ Company to collect the customer details and enroll them into the loyalty program.
