Our first property in beautiful South Kensington, opened in the summer of 2022 to great acclaim. Our next property, The Other House Covent Garden nestled in the heart of theatre land in the West End, is due to open soon and we have acquired another site in Belgravia, which means plenty of progression opportunities! Whilst our initial focus is to build the brand in central London, (arguably the best capital city in the world!) the venture will roll out globally, catering for aspirational business and leisure travellers everywhere, whatever their length of stay.

Role: Sales Manager 

Are you a go-getter with boundless energy and a relentless passion for achieving outstanding results? We want you to be our next Sales Manager, driving success in our dynamic Sales department. With a focus on driving leisure sales & corporate sales through travel agencies, third party partnerships, consortia accounts using business development to achieve results 

Another key focus will be to drive awareness with local corporate sales through research and business development to achieve results.   

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and be proficient in executing strategic direction with an emphasis on leisure and corporate sales within their segments. 

This unique and exciting role offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative new brand in prime central London and reap the benefits of its success as an instrumental member of the Sales team.   

  You:  

  • Exemplary commercial awareness and understanding of the business travel industry and the leisure sales market 

  • Experience in direct sales of product and services in hotels and serviced apartments 

  • Demonstration of previous roles in telesales and appointment setting 

  • Previous experience achieving revenue targets, including new business generation, account management and developing strategic partnerships within defined industry sectors. 

  • Hospitality focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Personable and articulate with strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail 

  • Be well informed about all political and economic events in the UK and globally which may affect the UK hospitality/property market 

  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions 

  • Natural ability to build rewarding relationships 

  • High level of analytical skill and Competent navigation and use of available software packages, with an ability to grasp new systems with ease 

  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite essential 

  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite essential, knowledge of Mews (PMS) preferred 

  • Passionate and self-driven 

  • A team player with a ‘Jack of all Trades’ attitude 

  • An ambassador for The Other House brand  

  • Excellent command of English – both verbal and written 

  • The right to work in UK
