The North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency (NAAJA) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services and advocacy to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across the Northern Territory. Your New Role

As a Senior Lawyer in Criminal Law, you will:

  • Represent clients in criminal court matters including bail applications, pleas, trials, and appeals.
  • Provide expert legal advice, research, and advocacy focused on criminal law.
  • Mentor and support junior solicitors, enhancing their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with our passionate legal team to uphold justice and social equity.

The benefits

  • Attractive remuneration package $102,248.80 – $136,997.80 (Including 11.5% Superannuation)
  • Salary packaging up to $18,450 per annum (tax-free!)
  • Remote living allowance ($3,300 per annum).
