Job Description:
Climate United Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (“Climate United”), is seeking a full-time Senior Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to our board, senior management, and legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This role involves significant responsibilities in board and senior management support, operations, compliance, transactions, and administrative support.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
Paralegal certification preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proven self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
Strong knowledge of legal processes and documentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
