The Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will provide legal support to Legal team and the wider business in the areas of lease and landlord management across the facilities, marketing and finance departments.

The position is based in our Centre Support Office in the Brisbane CBD.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Landlord and Lease Management
  • Provide high level support with Family Law and Litigation matters
  • Provide high level support with Acquisitions and Divestments matters
  • Work closely with Finance team  regarding the review of lease agreements, landlord charges and credit applications
  • General assistance with Legal Matters

Ideally you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years paralegal work experience or similar
  • Legal Qualification / Business Administration qualifications
  • Experience working within frameworks of regulatory compliance
  • Analytical skills
