Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.  

Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.

An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Wealth, Community and Social Investment Business and provide support to social investors, philanthropists and NFPs.

About the role

Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management! As an Senior Philanthropy and NFP Services Manager, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional client service to a book of philanthropic clients (Vic, SA and WA based)

  • Facilitate, design and deliver strategy and governance solutions to support philanthropy and not-for-profit clients

  • Support strategy to identify new business opportunities across philanthropy, not-for-profit and consultancy services

  • Actively contribute to and promote Perpetual’s IMPACT philanthropy Application Program, both internally and externally.

  • Actively participate in process improvement and development of tools and resources for the benefit of the business and clients

  • Delivery of special projects as required from time to time within the Community & Social Investments team – including, but not limited to, event and project management of key initiatives.

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in client facing or relationship management role.

  • Experience working in and/or with not-for-profit or philanthropic organisations – essential

  • A proven excellence in written and verbal communications skills – essential

  • A proven ability in relationship management – essential

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities – essential

  • Proven ability to influence others including internal and external stakeholders – essential
