Senior Recruiter

Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals to help identify and attract top-tier candidates. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strategies, to proactively hunt for qualified talent. If you have at least two years of recruiting experience and are passionate about connecting people with opportunities, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate-level positions, from job postings to offer acceptance.
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and strategic goals.
• Source high-performing candidates through Boolean search methods, advanced talent acquisition techniques, and cold-calling.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS systems efficiently to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates through Boolean search and other advanced recruitment strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong motivation and eagerness to grow as a top recruiter.
• Comfortable with extensive phone usage throughout the day.
• Displays a strong internal drive to consistently surpass personal performance and achieve individual goals.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $70,000 annually
• Bonus Program: Between $10,000 and $20,000 annually, based on hires and retention metrics.
