As a Senior Member of Technical Staff in our team, you’ll be responsible to lead efforts in designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support healthcare platform, applications, and our end users. We believe in ownership and expect you to think long term, mentor, and empower other engineers. You will own the complete SDLC from architecture, development, testing, first class monitoring, to production.

ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of next generation of Health Care Applications.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features in a timely manner.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud development, architecture, and deployment.
- Strong development experience in Java, C++, C#, or similar OO languages
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Intimate, working understanding of modern web applications from database to user interface.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and MVC architecture
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience driving feature design reviews, documentation
- Experience building cloud-based platforms that enable application design, development, testing, and distribution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
