Job Summary

The Set Top Programmer is responsible for managing the customer premise equipment inventory for maintenance, repair and operation. As well as the associated accessories required for use. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager and the work area is inside of the Burn Room.

Qualifications or Prerequisites

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Responsible for managing and distributing all customer premise equipment from warehouse. 
  • Ensure all CPE are cleaned and swept of old data before deployment 
  • Complete and post a daily CPE inventory status report via iConnect. 
  • Assist in receiving CPE into the warehouse
  • Prepare accurate files for CPE shipment to E Waste and or for repair and return. 
  • Responsible for loss prevention of all CPE in Burn Room care, custody and control.
  • Conduct Cycle Counts as needed. 
  • Assist with loading and unloading of CPE coming in and going out of the warehouse. 
  • Support overall goals and objectives of the warehouse team. 
  • Participate in annual inventory
  • Additional duties as required to insure warehouse is operating efficiently. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 











 

 

REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • High comfort level working with computer software 
  • Experience working with tracking and routing software
  • Ability to work in a self –paced environment  
  • Ability to communicate issues using clear and concise language
  • Computer Literacy –(Microsoft Excel and Word) 
  • Heavy Equipment Usage (Forklift, Pallet Jack, etc.)
  • Speak and write English fluently
  •
