Responsibilities

Your Role Includes:



  • Design & Develop: Creating robust applications tailored to improve collaboration.

  • Secure & Test: Ensuring solutions are secure, thoroughly tested and debugged for reliability.

  • Deploy & Support: Managing deployment and support for a portfolio of applications, addressing bugs and continuously enhancing applications based on feedback received.

  • Architect Solutions: Implementing solutions utilizing serverless and containerization architectures, leveraging the most effective technologies for scalable and efficient applications.

  • Champion Modern Practices: Advocating for cutting-edge development practices to help ensure our solutions are modular, maintainable and aligned with industry best practices.

  • Innovate & Evangelize: Researching, proposing and promoting the adoption of new technologies, methodologies and processes that help drive our team and products forward.

  • Resolve Critical Incidents: Participating in the resolution of critical incidents and service outages to help ensure employees experience minimal disruptions and see swift recoveries.

  • Change Control: Following change control processes to ensure smooth integration of new features while minimizing disruptions to existing systems and maintaining system integrity.

  • Collaborate Globally: Working within a globally dispersed Agile development team, where there will be coordination with team members across different time zones and regions.

  • Partner for Success: Collaborating closely with stakeholders and leadership to deliver new features, where deliverables will be aligned with meeting business goals and employee needs.

  • Ensure Security: Working with internal Security and Corporate Architecture teams to ensure the systems we develop meet or exceed security expectations and compliance standards.

  • Communicate Clearly: Demonstrating solid communication skills by clearly and concisely explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


 


Desired Skills and Experience:



  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent 

  • 1+ years of experience in frontend / full-stack software development

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) 

  • Strong communication skills, which includes cross-team collaboration

  • Self-driven problem solver, who is able to adapt thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Highly analytical, technically proficient and able to learn new tools and software quickly

  • Experience with responsive UI design to account for variation in devices

  • Experience with the Agile Scrum methodology

US: Hiring Range: from $52,700 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
