ResponsibilitiesAs a software engineer, you will enhance and support the Soarian Financial Reporting, Healthcare Intelligence reporting and Claims Rules Development within the Oracle Health Patient Accounting application. You will respond to enhancement and correction requests from users. You will then manage, perform net new build or modifications, and implement changes to enhance & optimize the client’s financial solutions through industry change control processes. Your end goal is to meet and exceed client contractual obligations related to incidents and enhancements to the client’s solution. We are looking for versatile and innovative individuals with a willingness to learn along with a technical background supported by experience or education in information technologies and specifically, Soarian Financials.
Additionally, act as focal point resource for the team and represent the team at key internal or client meetings planned or whenever necessary. Will also be required to support a scheduled on call rotation for critical client issues specific times throughout the year.
Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for performing troubleshooting investigations by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. In addition, you will prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs. You will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation. This client facing role is contractually committed to deliver support services to our AMS clients. This role is responsible to perform solution-related incident resolution, application maintenance and net new development build work.
