Sourcing or Junior Recruiter - Ability to handle large volume sourcing.  Very detailed, focused, and passionate about success. Responsible for the sourcing of Mortgage Bankers to submit to Senior Recruiters.

source, screen, interview applicants and submit qualified candidates to Recruiters.

create job postings and company information using recruiting resources

drive and initiate selection process to ensure a great candidate experience

develop business and ensure and manage talent pipeline to ensure success

Associates Degree

Proficiency in working with social media tools.
