What You Do
Collaborate with customers to define application requirements and jointly set product vision, leading development team to deliver product that achieve customer needs.
What You Do
- Establish strong team member relations at all levels, and provide support for people development, coaching, and mentoring to junior software developers
- Lead utilization of Agile (Scrum) framework and lead development of system solutions to improve software development.
- Build software applications to drive company performance
- Modify and approve Software using Object Oriented Programming principles to build efficient, reusable code repository
- Responsible for Identifying and establishing API Connections
- Responsible for performing software security and vulnerability analysis
- Responsible for software testing, Git pull requests, and Git commit authentication.
- Consult with internal stakeholders or customers on software project status and proposals.
- Create new databases from source systems to target systems using ETL (extract transform and load).
- Build data pipelines for backend systems
- Lead software system design for frontend and backend systems, development, maintenance, and reporting with a focus on teamwork, inclusion, and Kaizen (continuous improvement)
- Create standardized work documentation for all systems and applications
- Be available to work outside of normal work schedule, including but not limited to weekends, holidays, shutdowns, and travel as needed (domestically and internationally)
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
- Understanding of multiple Programming Languages including C++, C#, Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Understanding of multiple Frameworks including .Net, node.js, React, Docker, and Linux CMD prompt
- Ability to develop unit testing of code components and complete applications
- Ability to write technical specifications and documentation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms analysis and design
- Knowledgeable in Unified Language Models for Network and Software Design
What Will Set You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science from an ABET-accredited institute of higher learning with 3-5 years of prior relevant experience
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Experience with creating machine learning programs
- Experience building web pages with HTML and CSS
