JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience in Worker's Compensation; Claimant's is a must with some defense is good.
• Personal injury litigation
• Must have supervisory and training experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Computer savvy
• Previous experience with case management software
• Professional demeanor and appearance required
• Type 50+wpm

• Daily contact with clients
• Handle case load of 60+ cases
• Type legal correspondence
• Collect medical records & bills
• Set up IME's
• Draft Briefs
• Case management software
