Perform daily, weekly and monthly system checks to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Organizes activities guided by department objectives and priorities.
Actively participates i n change control meetings and system maintenance activities.
Installs and integrates systems and security solutions.
Troubleshoot system problems with a goal of quick resolution.
Assist with upgrade planning, business continuity and disaster recovery.

Be the escalation person for the I T Help Desk Analysts. Work closely with the help desk technicians to resolve problems and provide mentoring.
Following the firm IT ticketing procedure, logs all requests, issues and resolutions.
Conduct research utilizing internal and external resources to solve system issues quickly.
Promptly, remediate risks identified through vulnerability scans & SIEM analysis. Perform security reviews of systems and ensure compliance with policies / best practices.
Respond to customer telephone, email and walk-in support requests as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Information Security and Technology Base Salary 90k-110k plus BenefitsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Seven years plus experience working within IT.
5 years plus experience is required performing hands-on Citrix management, including server installations and upgrades.
