Summary
The Staff Accountant will perform tasks in several different areas of accounting including general ledger accounting, accounts receivables, cash management, internal control analysis, and reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create journal entries, prepare account reconciliations, and analyze account activity
- Prepare supporting documentation for journal entries
- Identify and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Track and reconcile cash receipts
- Prepare and send out invoices
- Cash management functions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with management and monitoring of accounts payable
- Internal control analysis– strengthen current processes and internal controls to drive efficiencies and accuracy
- Assist in preparation of financial statements
- Assist with financial analysis and finance department projects as needed
- Maintain utmost confidentiality as applicable.
- Other projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications for the Position
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains), MS Office, Adobe Acrobat experience preferred

Compensation
This the range for this role is $44,682 - $61,438. Note: Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set and internal equity.
