About the role:

• Primarily acting on behalf of strata managers and owner’s corporations, as well as developers, insurers and builders.
• Working on a comprehensive range of strata matters, such as building defects, levy, boundary disputes and collective sales, etc.
• The role will also involve helping clients through the litigation process.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer, with at least 2+ PQE in Strata/Litigation.  
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• A team player, who is also capable working independently.
• Excellent communication skills & strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and is able to manage time effectively, prioritising important tasks.
