This position will serve the Air Conditioning and Water Heating Divisions. This role is based in the South-Central Region, with our ideal candidate located in Texas, near a major airport and with roughly 50% travel.
Strategic Partner – Provide unprecedented strategic sales/service to premier national accounts, working closely with Rheem internal partners to do so. Establish and maintain a strategic partnership selling relationship with the Premier Account customer.
Communication – Strategically communicate Rheem competitive pricing, product, quality, sales tactics, and pricing. Be the conduit between Rheem and the premier account customer.
Proactive Conflict Resolution – Seek ways to resolve conflicts with Premier national Account Customer and internal partners before they arise. Smooth the way for seamless service to the customer.
Bold Execution – exceed sales growth targets and premier account expectations.
