This position is located at (VSFB) Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.
This position is eligible for telecommuting.
Essential Functions
Revise and process communications service requests from government, other contractor, and internal engineering customers. Evaluate these requests and determine if the action is within scope of the LISC contract or if a separate request via the program management department is required.
Create detailed service orders directing technicians and operations to implement moves, additions, or changes to western range (WR) communications services. This may include designing very detailed circuit(s) across ATM/sonnet networks and other legacy transport systems.
Create, update, and maintain Circuit Layout Records (CLRs), hard copy filing systems, digital and analog circuit configuration databases, provisioning, transport hardware, cabling, ancillary equipment, and other related system documentation for Western Range Communication Systems.
Submit and coordinate requests for US Space Force communications support using Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS).
Participate in meetings with government, other contractor, and internal customers, for project planning and to provide status of their service requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Ability to interpret, update and maintain circuit and system level drawings.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to balance, plan, prioritize and execute tasks.

The salary range for this role is $65,560 to $81,065. however, RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills, and knowledge.
