About the role

The Property Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting the administration and optimisation of property-related software systems, business analysis and business process improvement, business project management and supporting departmental progress and governance reporting.The role will involve data analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure best practice property management and compliance with sustainability targets.

This role is offered on a Permanent Full-time basis and is located at St Leonards.

About you

  • Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation,and Mission in Action.
  • Experience in property management, business process analysis, or systems administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data reporting.
  • Knowledge of property management software, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Experience in sustainability reporting and environmental performance tracking (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with asset management best practices and compliance requirements (Desirable)
