About the role:
- Work with sophisticated clients, such as trusts, corporations and high net worth individuals.
- Advice on tax implications of mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructures and business transactions.
- Assisting with tax related drafting in transaction documents.
The ideal candidate:
- Tax Lawyer (1-4 PQE)
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Experience in all areas of corporate tax.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess a genuine interest in tax law and have a desire to learn.
