The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for teaching all subjects, monitoring the progress of students, and other aspects of classroom preparation and organization. Knowledge of classroom technology and learning strategies is an asset.


Essential Functions



  • Follow the guidelines and tenants of the Catholic Church and the curriculum of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

  • Provide supervision for homeroom before and at the end of the day.

  • Instruct grade specific classes in ELA, math, science, social studies, and religion classes (if Catholic).

  • Recess and lunch duties as scheduled.

  • Attend faculty meetings as scheduled.

  • Attend various school events such as Back to School Night, graduation, and Open House.


Position Qualifications



  • A practicing Catholic is preferred but not required.

  • Maryland certified or willing to pursue MD certification.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Range:  $45,000 – 52,000, annualized 


Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
