Headquartered in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, with manufacturing operations in Michigan and New Hampshire, they are looking for a transformative Vice President of Human Resources to join their team.

 

About the Role:
As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will be at the helm of HR strategy, steering initiatives that fuel organizational growth, align HR functions with the company’s mission, and shape an empowered, engaged workforce. You will lead efforts in talent management, culture-building, labor relations, and executive collaboration, all while ensuring compliance with HR best practices and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR due diligence and integration in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with labor unions and oversee collective bargaining agreements.
  • Develop robust employee engagement, development, and change management programs.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and achieve long-term strategic goals.
  • Design competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Business required; Master’s or JD preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in HR management, including 5+ in senior leadership and expertise in working with Labor Unions.
  • Certification: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, labor relations, change management, and leadership.
