Founded in 2008, we are an international team with our home office based in Edinburgh, that works with incredible clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.

Β RESPONSIBILITIESΒ
What can you expect? Β
- Reviewing never-before-seen TV episodes before theyβre releasedΒ
- Using Adobe Suite to produce high quality short form video content for high profile US TV clients
- Designing new or working with existing motion graphics packagesΒ
- Suggesting creative solutions and putting forward own ideas for engaging and innovative contentΒ
- Self-evaluating and reviewing own work before presenting to line managerΒ
- Developing own skills by learning from other team members and through independent researchΒ
QUALIFICATIONSΒ
What's important to us: Β
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and PhotoshopΒ
- A basic level of proficiency is definitely not a deal-breaker but willingness and determination to learn would be compulsoryΒ
- Knowledge of encoding and optimisation for specific social platformsΒ
- Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines while maintaining accuracyΒ
- Excellent eye for detailΒ
- Strong editorial sense both visually and in terms of storytellingΒ
- Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing prioritiesΒ

Flexibility Β
Weβre a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, usually you will be starting your day at 10am GMT, but to best serve our US clients, we are looking for people who can work at least one late shift (1:30pm-10pm GMT) per week.
So, some days youβll need to be flexible to work later if thereβs a key delivery to a US client, but any time can be taken back.

SALARYΒ
Up to Β£27,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.

EMPLOYMENT/CONTRACT TYPEΒ
Fixed term until the end of January 2025. At that point there will be the potential to extend into a full-time permanent position. Either in our Edinburgh office or remote within the UK.Β
RECRUITMENT PROCESSΒ
There is only one recruitment step - a meeting with Nina our Head of Content Production and James our Video Editing & Motion Graphics Manager, (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, they get to know you a bit better and try to understand if youβd be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.
